When it comes to hand made products slight imperfections are to be expected and add a particular character and uniqueness to the product. Our products are often made outdoors in remote areas and have travelled a long way to get here, every effort has been made to bring you a quality hand made product, please don't misconstrue slight blemishes, bumps or irregularities as flaws. These are the very things that let you know you are receiving an authentic piece made by hand. We always try our best to show you a true representation of each of our products and the item you choose will be the item you receive. Please bear in mind that sizes and colours are indicative and may vary slightly in real life. By purchasing our products you are thereby acknowledging and accepting these terms and conditions and our returns policy set out below.
We trust that you will love your African Weave product as much as we do! We take the time to carefully inspect each product for any faults before it is sent to you. Please keep in mind that each of our products is handmade, often outdoors, and some variations in weave or stitch, colour, size etc are to be expected. Please refer to our terms and conditions above for more details.
Our returns policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Refunds or exchanges will only be offered on defective or faulty products within the 21 day policy time frame.
Please note that all shipping and handling costs on returned items are the customers responsibility. We recommend packaging the item well and using a tracking service when returning your item/s, as we do not take any responsibility for items damaged or lost when being returned to us.
